Hisago is an unpretentious izakaya in Takasago, Katsushika Ward, where you can easily while away the evening over grilled offal skewers (motsuyaki) and simmered stew. Beyond grilled skewers, the menu features drinking snacks such as tuna nakaochi sashimi (tuna rib meat scraping), making it simple to order a few small plates as you go.

For drinks, Hoppy is served with a choice of white or black, along with extra shochu refills (naka) and mixers (soto). The list also includes shochu highballs, Baisu sours, matcha highballs, large bottles of beer, and sake, allowing you to match your drink to your mood.

The setting is comfortable enough for solo drinking, opening at 16:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and at 15:00 on Sundays. Note that payment is cash only.
